What your role is As part of the Supply Chain team, the Customer Service Representative (temporary) will report to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager.
Key Responsibilities Support the Customer Service and Sales Team on the following activities:
Manage Order to Cash process for customersSupport Customer Service team with invoicing processInternal management for customer claimsProcess invoices from suppliersReporting point of sales dataWhat you will bring to the team Knowledge, Skills and Experience Previous experience in Customer Service.SAP knowledge.Computer proficient with Microsoft Excel.Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.High-energy with a proactive approach; willingness to be hands-on and dig into the details.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good level of English.
