We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Igualada, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Manage and follow up on customer orders from reception to delivery, resolving incidents and providing information to the customer. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, production, and sales to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep the customer and order database updated in the ERP system. Report key indicators related to customer service. Provide accurate information about products and services. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in multinational environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish as English. Previous experience in the packaging industry or related sectors is valuable. Training in Business Administration, or related areas. Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Positive attitude and a team player. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
