You will work with a dynamic, friendly team taking inbound calls dealing with an array of customer service enquires. Tasks will include dealing with invoice queries, helping to resolve potential issues, liaising with other departments, updating the CRM system and doing follow ups. You will be in a fast paced - environment dealing with customers over the phone - therefore we are looking for your customer service & relationship building skills to build relationships with customers.
