You will be responsible for requests, orders, and deliveries to our customers through our network of distributors in Spain and Portugal.ResponsibilitiesManage the registration and control of order flow, from purchase to final shipment and invoicing, including possible changes in scope and delivery dates.Reply to customer inquiries providing information on the availability and delivery times of orders and/or products in coordination with the group.Daily contact with customers via email and phone.Coordinate between the group and national transport suppliers to ensure deliveries on time.Update data in the system.Support with internal office matters and couriers.Required Education and SkillsDegree / Administrative FP or higher.At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.Knowledge and experience in SAP.Fluency in English and Spanish.Organizational and multitasking skills to work on multiple issues simultaneously.Ability to work in a team to collaborate with other departments.Empathy and problem-solving skills.LocationLocated in Madrid (Alcobendas).Working at DeLavalA workplace like no other, where cutting-edge technology goes hand in hand with animal welfare.
