You will handle incoming customer calls via phone, email, chat, and other platforms.You will resolve customer inquiries and needs quickly, efficiently, and professionally.You will offer personalized solutions to meet user needs.You will maintain constant communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.You will proactively work to improve the overall customer experience.RequirementsYou are the ideal candidate if:
You have a native level of Dutch.You are fluent in English.You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.You are able to work on rotation shifts.You are able to start in January 2025.BenefitsWhat we offer:
