What you will do in this roleTake incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, and chats) and solve users' demands.Support technical inquiries and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargers.Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level.Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level.Your qualificationsProficient or bilingual in Dutch with an advanced level of English.Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution.What's in it for youFull-time 39 hours/week Indefinite contract: Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm (must be available for possible schedule changes).Salary 22.000 euros gross/year + up to 2.000 euros gross/year in bonus.Central location in Barcelona.Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities.Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on.Career development programs and specialized courses.If all this feels like the perfect next step in your career journey, we want to hear from you.
