Description: In this dynamic role, you'll interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility in Malaga and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role: Answer questions and help eCommerce customers by phone and chat with relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries.Handle calls that are not answered by stores and submit customer inquiries via CRM systems.Work together as a group and achieve set goals.Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you: Have a proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and advanced level of English.Are adaptable, customer-focused, and results-oriented.Can learn tasks and processes.Desire to work with good customer experiences.Are energetic with well-developed communication skills.Have good telephone communication skills and excellent time management skills.Have good computer skills, knowledge, and experience of Microsoft and Internet.What's in it for you: Full-time 39 hours/week contract: rotative Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00, Saturday 09:00 to 17:00.Salary 17,500 euros gross/year + up to 150 euros gross/month in bonus.Central location in Malaga.Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities.Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on.Career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes.Reimagine the best version of you!
