As the new Customer Service Benelux your main duties will be:Process clients' ordersInvoicingCredit ControllerBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesTrack key account metrics (e.g.
