Key Responsibilities: Integrated Reservation Management: You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of bookings, ensuring that each stage, from the initial inquiry to confirmation, meets customer specifications and Drivania's quality standards.
Real-Time Support: You will monitor bookings in real-time to ensure services are executed efficiently, resolving any incidents through effective communication via chat, email, and phone.
Building Customer Relationships: You will collaborate with customers to build strong and trusting relationships,offering personalized and efficient service that strengthens their loyalty to Drivania.
Performance Goals: • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate management.
• Optimize booking confirmation times to increase operational efficiency.
• Foster growth in booking volume through an exceptional service.
Candidate Profile • Bilingual Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Experience in customer service or booking management, ideally in the travel or hospitality sector.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exclusive and personalized travel experiences.
