Responsibilities: Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.Booking final dates for orders and updating changes, keeping orders current and accurate.Collating and preparing all relevant documentation applicable to each shipment in close collaboration with our Logistics Team.Effectively address customer requests and proactively follow up on deliveries, enquiries, and issues.Providing support to the Sales Team.Maintaining and updating databases.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, issuing returns and credit notes.Requirements: International Commerce, BA or BS in Business or equivalent experience.At least 3+ years' experience as customer support or customer service representative.Knowledge of export procedures & concepts is essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer focus and excellent problem-solving skills.Fluent in Spanish + English. Other European languages will be a plus.The ideal candidate should be driven to providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards both customers and peers.
