Our vision for our future Customer Service Operations Specialist will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities: Diligently follow up with customers, especially when an issue cannot be resolved quickly, and provide updates throughout the resolution process. Develop improvement actions in a timely manner, coordinating related departments to solve problems and close issues promptly. Monitor ongoing customer interactions, ensuring customer needs are being met and services are aligned. Review the data collected from VOC tools to modify it with the right classification to improve classification accuracy. Identify common top issues, analyze root causes, and develop improvement plans until all are closed. Track un-closed cases and follow up until all are resolved. Improve the service process and satisfaction based on the voice of consumers. Timely collect and analyze the voice of consumers, which is used to improve service processes and overall satisfaction. Be familiar with working in a multicultural environment with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in office software applications, including Word and Excel. Strong knowledge of consumer technology product groups such as software and knowledge bases. Minimum 2 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a similar background.
