EBTS is a multicultural and multilingual support platform. Every day, our team ensures that our customers' broken-down vehicle or lorry gets back on the road as quickly as possible.
You will work in a small team in which you will be supported by a team lead and helpful colleagues. You will meet lots of new people with unique stories and backgrounds. And last but not least: you will grow and learn new things every day.
For this job, we are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, experience and skills:
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Language: Dutch (proficient) & English (proficient). Every additional language is a plus.
Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres, …) is a plus
No specific experience required

Communicate effectively over the phone
Problem analysis and problem solving
Customer- and results-oriented
Accurate and high work standard
