Are you a musician looking for a stable job in a fast-growing music company to complement your musical skills?

Do you feel passionate about providing excellent customer service while being part of a dynamic and innovative team? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a professional who is eager to lead the Customer Service area of our rapidly expanding company.

Tareas Provide customer service via WhatsApp, phone calls using our corporate phone, and email. Resolve technical issues via video conference (training will be provided by an expert). Demonstrate our products to customers at tradeshows and record demo videos. Requisitos Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (additional languages are a plus). Strong decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously. Proactivity, empathy, responsibility, and honesty. Curiosity to learn and take on new responsibilities. Basic knowledge of technology and office tools: WorkSpace ecosystem: G-meet, G-docs, etc. Email Social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) TidyCal Experience using DAWs (Logic, Ableton Live, Protools, Reaper, etc.) Experience playing a musical instrument (preferably saxophone and/or clarinet). Beneficios The job will start as a part-time position with flexible hours, Monday to Friday. The role will transition to a full-time position as the company continues to grow. Competitive remuneration, based on the candidate's profile. The position will be in-person in Barcelona.
