Our vision for our Customer Service - L2 Operations Specialist includes playing a key role in the success of the business and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.As the Customer Service L2 Operations Specialist, you will be working with a truly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle all kinds of escalation tickets in order to resolve issues for the customer.Handling escalation tickets in a timely manner, providing final solutions to Call Center agents.Communicate with different departments to resolve all kinds of customer issues.Diligently follow up with customers, especially when a complex issue cannot be resolved quickly, and provide updates throughout the resolution process. Develop improvement actions in a timely manner, coordinate related departments to solve problems, and close the issue promptly.Monitor ongoing customer interactions with the product, ensuring customer needs are being met and all services are aligned.- To be familiar with working in a multi-cultural environment with excellent communication skills.Customer Service working experience is preferred.Familiarity with Salesforce, Innso, etc., and customer service tools in general is preferred.Proficiency in office software applications, Word and Excel.- Proficiency in English.- Proficiency in another relevant language (French, German, Polish, Spanish, Turkish, or Italian are preferred).- Bachelor's Degree or above.#J-18808-Ljbffr
