Customer Service German Market For Air France

We are looking for the best GERMAN CUSTOMER CARE AGENT to join the ADM Value Barcelona team.
We are a leading multinational company with over 20 years experience in the customer management sector through Contact Centre operations. We have 16 call centres in France, Spain, Morocco, Madagascar, Senegal and Mauritius.

From your position, you will help us to offer the best customer service to one of our benchmark partners, Flying Blue, the Air France - KLM frequent flyer programme, which converts accumulated miles into airline tickets and other fare benefits.
We offer
A 39-hour week permanent contract
Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm (2 weekends off per month)
2 rotating shifts from 8am to 4pm and 12pm to 8pm
Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5.30pm (2 weekends off per month)

Previous customer service experience
Native German with an advanced level of English
Be optimistic, decisive, empathetic and communicative

Fixed salary of €1,779.60 gross per month
Rotation bonus: €70 gross per month
Productivity bonus of €340 gross per month
total of €2.189,60
