We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with a bilingual level of French to join our Multicultural team with more than 54 different nationalities.
If you want to play a key role in a multicultural, dynamic and committed fun team this is a great opportunity.
What to expect:
Recruit target doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call new doctors to invite to participate in our researches and wide our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiates follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum rate of return.
Proactively alert the manager on any issue or deviation in the standard procedure.
Our ideal candidate: Skills & other requirements
French bilingual speaker is required.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills as well as keeping to tight deadlines.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.
