Your responsibilities and impact as a customer service agent will be: Delivering calm and smart decisions in high-pressure situations while paying attention to detail; customers who have queries concerning their shopping cart or experience different issues during their shopping experience request your help over the phone, via e-mail or through chat-rooms.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: You have a native level in Dutch or Flemish and possess a good command of English.

You are a fast thinker and you work proactively.
Motivation and teamwork are some of your soft skills.
You have a passion for fashion and trends.
Also, you are capable of accessorizing and providing styling advice.

What's in it for you?
Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year.
Working hours: full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (depending on the project).
Salary conditions (*) – 2 options: Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.
Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month.
For international candidates: Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months.

Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
