Are you ready to be the first point of contact for clients of the one of the world's leading financial services providers?Are you prepared to be the crucial link in the Talk & Help Desk, assisting clients with inquiries about their cards, accounts, payments, and fraud while meticulously following procedures?If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Customer Service Representative!
Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service for Banking sector will be:

Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app
Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions
Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures
Utilize call and email channels to assist clients
Maintain security procedures around sensitive data
Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system

What's in it for you?

Type of contract: Indefinido
Fulltime rotative shifts, Mon-Fr from 09:00 - 18:00 and weekends from 9:00 - 17:00. Your hours will always be spread over 5 days, and this will be twice a month on the weekend.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

A native level of Dutchand a good level of English
Having interest in the banking sector
Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skilful at communicating with people
Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace
Being able to handle sensitive data reliably
