Your responsibilities and impact working as a Customer Service for Banking sector will be:
Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app
Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions
Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures
Utilize call and email channels to assist clients
Maintain security procedures around sensitive data
Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system
What's in it for you?
Type of contract: Indefinido
Fulltime rotative shifts, Mon-Fri from 09:00 - 18:00 and weekends from 9:00 - 17:00. Your hours will always be spread over 5 days, and this will be twice a month on the weekend.

A native level of Dutch and a good level of English
