Are you prepared to be the crucial link in the Talk & Help Desk, assisting clients with inquiries about their cards, accounts, payments, and fraud while meticulously following procedures? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Customer Service Representative!
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Representative will be: Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app.Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions.Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures.Utilize call and email channels to assist clients.Maintain security procedures around sensitive data.Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system.What's in it for you?
