Are you ready to be the first point of contact for clients of one of the world's leading financial services providers? Are you prepared to be the crucial link in the Talk & Help Desk, assisting clients with inquiries about their cards, accounts, payments, and fraud while meticulously following procedures?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Customer Service Representative!
Your Responsibilities:Handle client inquiries, technical complaints, and questions related to online banking and the phone app.Provide end-to-end solutions for technical questions.Assist clients with questions about their cards, accounts, payment status, and fraud while adhering to specific procedures.Utilize call and email channels to assist clients.Maintain security procedures around sensitive data.Ensure accurate registration of actions taken with clients in the system.What's in it for you?Type of contract: Indefinido.Full-time rotative shifts, Mon-Fri from 09:00 - 18:00 and weekends from 9:00 - 17:00. 5 days a week, 2 weekends a month.Training: 2 weeks.Equipment provided.Growing opportunities within the company.Events with the team.Free Spanish lessons.Meal allowances possible.Constant training.International environment.Support from the company regarding NIE and SSN.Requirements:A native level of Dutch and a good level of English.Having interest in the banking sector.Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people.Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace.Being able to handle sensitive data reliably.Your Future Company:This Belgian Business Process Outsourcing company is well-known for providing quality service in customer experience and business consultancy for their clients.
