Customer Service Financial Institution - French Native & English C1 - Hybrid

Your mission will be to provide customer service in the French and English language, both by phone and email, for an important financial institution.Requirements: Required languages: French Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required.
Required experience: Experience in customer service.
Other requirements: Residence in Madrid.What do we offer you? Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.Full time 39 hours/week.Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.Modality of work: On-site.
