For our customer we are looking for inbound call center agents who can answer customer question in an enthusiastic, friendly and respectful way. This position is available in Valencia. You will need to relocate to Valencia where you can experience the city to the fullest. Are you up for this next step in your career? Then this job could be yours!

Tasks

Profile
- Call Centre experience is an added value, but not required
- Basic computer skills are necessary
- Able to follow procedures around sensitive data
- Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services)
- You are looking for a challenging long term position

**Summary**: Inbound Customer service, admin + tech

**Working hours: Shifts are scheduled**:

- Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 20:00
- Saturdays, 9:00 - 18:00

Hours will always be distributed over 5 days

**Training**: 2 x 2 weeks.
