We are looking for a professional with a native/advanced level of Dutch who will work for an important multinational company in the retail sector. The main function will be the control of the merchandise (once the merchandise leaves the factory, to which stores it is distributed, which products, in which deadlines, merchandise left in stock, return of products to the factory, contact with distributors, etc.).

What do we offer you?
Salary: 30,000€ gross per year.
Temporary contract of 4 months, followed by an indefinite contract; a very stable position.
Contract of 39 hours from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18hs.
Training provided within the contract.
Work modality: Hybrid. Initially, you will work from Monday to Thursday in person at the client's offices (Ifema Madrid area) and telework on Fridays.
Once the learning curve is overcome, we will move to a hybrid model of 3 face-to-face days and 2 teleworking days.
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in the B2B retail sector managing accounts as Customer Service (Senior Customer Service profile) is essential.
Native Dutch and advanced level of English.
Analytical skills.
Knowledge of SAP and mastery of Excel, as these will be the primary working tools (with priority given to Customer Service experience).
Residence in Madrid.
Start date: 29th July.
