Customer Service Associate - Lucena, Quezon Calmar Land Development Corporation – Lucena City, Calabarzon Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate processing of post-booking inquiries, requests, and complaints. Generate baseline information from all available resources and conduct baseline analysis. Coordinate with the other departments within Calmar Land on the early resolutions of inquiries, concerns, and requests of clients. Interact with internal and external clients to address their needs and provide support. Monitor and ensure resolutions of long-term inquiries, requests, and concerns at the committed time. Respond to clients' inquiries, concerns, and requests within the set turnaround time. Prepare real-time monitoring/report of accounts handled.
