We are looking for Customer Service Agents with German to join our team.
You will work 100% remotely with the possibility of working from the office when required previous organization for team building activities, trainings and company meetings.
If you live in Alicante or surroundings, and wants to be part of an international team, join the customer service team! For organizational reasons, applications from people who do not live in or around Alicante will not be considered.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Answering repair calls and coordinating customer service with the team of repair technicians.
- Answering calls about product enquiries and accompanying the customer until the sale is closed.
- Offering customers products such as warranty extensions and insurance for their appliances.
Requirements

We are looking for people with native or bilingual German and commercial and/or customer service experience. Fluency in German is a must, as calls will be handled in German.
You must be available to work from Monday to Friday from 9:30 till 13:30 and from 16:30 till 20:30.
On Saturday and Sunday the working hours will be as follow: from 8:00 till 18:00.
