Customer Service Agent With Dutch

Description The client is an outsorcing company (call center) looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading team in the entertainment (theme park).
In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic, constantly evolving environment, helping to resolve customer needs while providing exceptional service.What You Will Do:-You will receive incoming customer calls through phone, email, chat, and other platforms.-You will resolve customer inquiries and demands quickly, efficiently, and professionally.-You will provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of the users.-You will maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.-You will proactively work towards improving the overall customer experience.
Requirements You Are The Perfect Candidate if:-You have a nativel level of Dutch-You are fluent in English.-You have an excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.-You have a proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.-You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Offer What we offer:-You Will have a permanent contract-Schedule: You will work Mon-Sat on a rotating schedule between morning and afternoon shifts.
Company operates from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.-You will need two work two Saturdays per month.-Location: 100% on-site at Barcelona.-Salary: €22,000 per year + bonus of up to €2,000.-Start date 20th January 2025.
