David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company who is seeking to onboard a Swedish speaking Customer Support Representative for to join their team in Spain.Position: Customer Support RepresentativeLocation: Remote, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Solve complex technical enquiries for all products within the Client's range- Provide support, assistance, and guidance in setting up connected products, troubleshooting,and reporting- Process all Client requests in accordance with company processes and guidelines across all product ranges- Provide superior levels of quality in all transactions with strict adherence to governing laws- Identify new opportunities to cross-sell and upsell without compromising the values of the company- Support new sales opportunities and provide insight and feedback to improve the customer experience.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written (C2 level).
