What you'll be doing:Responsible for the placement of orders on supplier portals or via manual order forms.Management & tracking of orders through to completion.Providing excellent communications to customers and suppliers.Working with stakeholders to identify potential issues in order to manage these proactively.Ensuring all relevant fields on internal systems are updated in real time.Reporting any delivery issues to the escalations team for early resolution.Liaise with other key departments to ensure good working relationships are maintained, and communications internally are clear.Dealing with any potential customer escalations and highlighting any issues to the escalations team/line manager.Skills and Experience:Strong Customer Service experience is essential.Excellent communication skills both written and oral.GCSE English and Maths, grade C or 4.Experience of working within a busy, fast-paced environment.Solid demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office including internet use and email.Ability to take ownership, prioritize and follow up issues and work under pressure.High level of attention to detail.Excellent team player.What's in it for you?Investment in your future career with a variety of learning and development opportunities.No dress code - embrace the freedom to bring your whole self to work.25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.You'll even get your birthday off, too!A pension plan for your future.Complimentary refreshments in all our offices.For a comprehensive list of all our benefits, click here.
