Tasks Your responsibilities and impact: Engage in outbound/inbound calls, emails, and online chats. Assist customers with product inquiries, delivery status, and invoice concerns. Maintain strong customer relationships. Drive sales through a sales-oriented approach. Requirements Skills, qualifications and interest you need to succeed in this role: Norwegian native, English fluent Team player with excellent listening skills Being a strong, positive communicator Proficient in using computer systems and comfortable with different software applications. Stress-resistant and remain calm and effective under pressure, ensuring a great customer experience Sales-oriented mindset. No previous experience needed. Having a valid Spanish work permit or a citizenship that allows you to work in an EU country Benefits What's in it for you?
