You will report to the Call Center Manager.ResponsibilitiesManage the service book, service call traffic and planning the services we offer.Partner with factories and suppliers ensuring customer service excellence.Support the Finance department to ensure payment / credit terms are observed.Comply with financial regulations, policies, and controls.Embrace a performance culture framework and adhere processes to achieve service levels and improvements across set targets.Ensure accuracy and quality of all processes.Support any escalations with a one call resolution.Work with all departments within Home Solutions to provide a collaborative approach to deliver the requirements (e.g., Finance, HR, IT, Technical, SHEQ, Process).Maintain customer relationships across all of our customers and escalate concerns.QualificationsExhaustive knowledge of Axesor BI platforms (Monitoriza/Investiga).High commercial performance is required for the position.3+ years of experience handling telephone calls preferably within a call centre or help desk role.3+ years of experience planning and managing operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.Fluent in English and Spanish.Your Benefits IncludeGood compensation package.Private health care insurance.Flexible hybrid scheme - 2 days at the office, 3 days from home.Career development plan.Additional InformationOur uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
