Customer Sales Officer- La Union

Job Responsibilities Conduct account visits and/or telemarketing of consumables to existing machines in the field.
Monitor consumption patterns/buying habits of each account and analyze discrepancies from ideal or standard usage.
Consistently follow up on existing clients' needs for consumables and ensure timely delivery.
Check machine performance at least once a month during client visits.
Assist clients with their sales service-related concerns and coordinate with the concerned department.
Update the database of existing installations.
Attend and participate in all sales-related meetings.
Comply with company policies on orders, credit terms, and deliveries.
Prepare customized proposals based on gathered data.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
Willing to travel for service calls/field work.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 years of experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
