As a Customer Representative on our team, you will: Provide first class customer satisfaction at all times and do whatever is necessary to support the customers following the provided guidelines. Handle incoming customer contacts (via telephone, e-mail, chat or social media), log call details onto call tracking systems and perform call follow ups according to procedures. Support consumers in the sales and after sales process by qualification of needs, product recommendation, after sales support and additional tasks that result in consumer satisfaction. Forward any escalations and defined topics to the respective Client's brand units and/or contact persons when not having the resolution for themselves. De-escalate in case of complaint, offer solutions within Client's procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transfer to the Client's or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases. Ensure correct presentation of the Client's corporate images in all interactions representing its brand and generate consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels.
