What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.Process requests via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.Conduct indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.Manage policy change requests and update payment details.Process claims and cancellation requests.Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
