They operate across Europe, specifically in Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Your Responsibilities:You will provide response and resolution of users' inquiries (in-rental, pre-booking questions, after rental feedback, or claims) within SLA.You will proactively contact our customers regarding upgrades/downgrades, fleet modifications, accidents follow-ups, etc., to ensure a smooth experience for all parties involved.You will develop a lasting and quality relationship to enrich the Client portfolio.You will work on additional tasks required by management, connected to maintaining service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.Hours and Benefits:Shift: (training) Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, after 2 weeks Rotative from 09:00 to 20:00.Salary for 39 hours: 18,000 Euros gross/year + up to 1,500 Euros gross/year in bonus.Ongoing training.Start date: Immediate.Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked).Why Apply?Free weekly and after-work activities.A large variety of discounts with our partners.We promote intercompany mobility to work at any of our sites around the world.
We have more than 140 locations in over 35 countries.Referral program.That's You:You are a native-level speaker of German and have a very good level of English (spoken and written).You have previous experience in customer service and ideally, within the car rental industry.You enjoy communicating with customers while providing solutions to their requests.You are analytical and have a logical approach to problem solving.You are ready to bring all your motivation and positivity to the team.The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee.
