David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Dutch speaking Customer Representative for their Malaga office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRespond to customers queries in timely and efficient mannerManagement of reservations (modification, cancellation or creation of new reservations)Manage the back-office of reservations (issuance, modification and cancellation of reservations)After-sales service (litigation and compensation management)Manage and manage the administrative process (invoicing, written communication, travel documents)Ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.REQUIREMENTSNative/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written.
