What Will You Do? Help customers via phone, Live Chat and email with questions about ordersHandle phone calls from stores and register them correctly in our ticket systemAlways strive to provide top customer serviceWork according to the prescribed procedures within the projectPossibly advance to the Social Media or Dedicated Service TeamCollaborate with other team players and communicate effectively through various channelsMeet set targetsWhat do you bring to the team? You speak and write Dutch and English fluently and can be trained in EnglishYou are punctual and reliableYou have experience with computers and CRM-systems and can work with them simultaneouslyYou are proactive in developing your knowledge of our services, procedures and productsYou are customer friendly, patient and can help dissatisfied customers professionally and positivelyYou are open to a vibrant work environmentWhat do we offer?
