We help well-known brands - the ones you use every day - improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries.If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (on-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and more.What you will do in this role Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor and follow all the processes and procedures of the project.Understand and comply with administrative duties.Your qualificationsProficient or bilingual in Dutch with an advanced level of English. Spanish is a plus!Customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution.Excellent communication skills and adaptability.Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/internet configuration is a plus.If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
