What you will do in this role As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:
Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, and chats) and solve users' demands.Support technical inquiries and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargers.Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level.Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level.Concentrix is a great match if you: Are proficient or bilingual in Dutch with an advanced level of English.Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs.Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate calls to resolution.If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
