What you will do in this roleAs a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
Handle all calls and emails with professionalism and friendliness.Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable.Make efficiency the second priority behind giving a first-class service.Work within the policies and processes set up by the bank.Concentrix is a great match if you:Are native or proficient in Danish and have an advanced level of English.Are able to show how you have dealt with customers in the past – either in a face-to-face role or in a call centre.Have experience of working with a number of IT systems at once.Enjoy being part of a team but be able to take responsibility for each call or email that you answer.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
