What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will: Handle all calls and emails with professionalism and friendliness Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable Make efficiency the second priority behind giving a first-class service Work within the policies and processes set up by the bank Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Are native or proficient in Danish and have an advanced level of English Are able to show how you have dealt with customers in the past - either in a face-to-face role or in a call centre Have experience of working with a number of IT systems at once Enjoy being part of a team but be able to take responsibility for each call or email that you answer If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
