Main responsibilities:Improve customers' banking experience and satisfaction by ensuring that all their questions and requests are resolved without delay.Accept orders from customers, make necessary changes in orders, and process them in the computer system.Inform about services, prices, and purchase options, and suggest new banking products to customers.Notify customers of any changes to orders.Write and design detailing reports when required.Participate in administrative or office work duties, which comply with the company's growth and effective daily activity targets.Attend specified training, organized by Webhelp or the client, in order to develop professional work and individual standards, improve skills of business relationship with clients and customers, develop the skills and experiences necessary to improve product knowledge, and increase sales and service ability.We offer:Full-time (39 hours/week) and long-term contract.Competitive salary plus bonus.Schedule: Monday - Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 09:00-16:00.Paid training.Opportunity to develop your career.A modern and open office in sunny Málaga!Regular employee events and incentives.WebHEALTH programme initiatives.Start date: Immediate.Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked).Requirements:You are fluent/Native in Danish, and have a good command of the English language.You have completed secondary education, and ideally you have at least undertaken tertiary/university education.You have knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office.You are able to responsibly and independently carry out customer service specialist duties.You are good at planning and organising your own work and working place, prioritising and managing time effectively.You are good at working on your own, but you are also an excellent team player.You have strong phone contact handling, active listening, written and reporting skills.You are attentive to detail, and succeed in providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee.
