We are looking for a customer renewal specialist with Italian for an important software company.Responsibilities:Provide end-to-end renewal execution support.Maintain knowledge of commercial negotiation, renewal execution, support on transactional steps related to renewals and replacements.Coordinate renewal activities, sending renewal quotes, and addressing any questions or concerns.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless renewal process for clients.Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract terms.Ensure all renewals are processed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining detailed records of contract changes and updates.Develop strong, positive relationships with assigned clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.Proactively engage with clients before contract expiration to discuss renewal options and demonstrate the value of SAP.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, renewal statuses, and forecasted revenue.Provide renewal forecasting support by accurately scrubbing renewals 12 months in advance of expiration date.Qualifications:Fluency in Italian.Excellent time management.Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Success, Account Management.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.A passion for customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Able to liaise with various approval steps including accounting, finance, office of CFO, legal, etc.Experience in a multinational environment.
