As the main point of contact for SamBoat's Italian and German users, your responsibilities will include:Effectively meeting customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats from Italian, German, and international customers. Proposing customized offers tailored to customer requests. Ensuring high-quality interactions and maintaining SamBoat's excellent service standards. The perfect team-member: Languages: You are bilingual in German AND Italian at a native or near-native level. Proficiency in French or English is also essential for internal team communication.Customer Service Experience: You have significant experience in a similar role (minimum of 2 years in customer service or a customer-centric environment).Personal Qualities:You are organized, methodical, and possess a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with customers. Strong customer satisfaction orientation and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.Autonomy and Flexibility: You enjoy working independently while contributing to team efforts.
