This internship will be located in Ibiza and will run from May to September 2023 (dates may be flexible depending on the applicant's availability).TasksAs an intern in our company, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the biggest yacht charter companies in Europe and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the luxury yacht and real estate industry.
Your mission will be to work in different areas of the business, including Yacht Charter, Yacht Sales, and Real Estate, where you will be responsible for the following:Yacht Charter:You will be responsible for customer relation check-ins, ensuring payments, collecting information, customer care, and problem-solving, as well as managing logistics and responding to inquiries from customers.Yacht Sales:You will work closely with the sales team and have the opportunity to follow up on various leads of enquiry, updating and polishing yacht sale adverts, listing new boats for sale directly from private owners, and helping to manage the yacht sales process.Real Estate:You will have access to all areas of the business including, listing new houses, property sales visits, helping and following up with deals, updating and polishing real estate adverts, creating new connections and collaborations, and supporting the real estate team.RequirementsYou will gain extensive knowledge of the luxury real estate and yacht market:Experience dealing with high net worth clients & exceeding their expectationsExpertise in customer service & delivering a luxury leisure experienceGreat awareness as a team-player & leadership experienceStrong proactivity skills within a high expectation environmentExperience in using e-platforms and CRM toolsKnowledge in measuring luxury standards & creating SOP'sLearning by doingBest practice learning how to prioritise, time management, organisation skills, schedulingTroubleshoot, instant problem solving attitudeKnowledge of luxury property and an understanding of wealth versus valueKnowledge about the Balearic IslandsBenefitsYou will need:Perfect English (spoken and written), German is a plusA valid driving licence in SpainAn extensive personal travel experienceTo be highly organised and punctual - this is crucial in your roleTo always answer the phone & greet clients with a smile (on your face & with your voice)Proficient administration skills (use of computers and Microsoft Office pack)Attention to detailTo respect the confidentiality character of the jobTo be dressed smartly during all office hoursGreat interpersonal and communication skillsTo be friendly, patient, proactive & objective drivenAbility to work under pressure and multi-taskAt Smart Group, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees.
