Main Responsibilities:Opportunity Development: Capture customer needs and product trends, transforming them into strategic opportunities for the company.Design Leadership: Organize pre-nomination engineering sessions, promoting co-design with customers and presenting innovative design solutions.Customer Interaction Management: Oversee all customer interactions throughout project phases, delegating plant-specific interactions to the Program Manager.Technical Quotations Coordination: Collaborate with Product Engineers to integrate technical quotations and assess manufacturing capacity for new projects.Project Monitoring: Track the nomination status of new projects and ensure alignment with customer expectations.Design Phase Initiation: Lead project information reviews to kick off the design stage, defining scope, specifications, and risk assessments while applying lessons learned.Customer Validation: Obtain validation for model and process designs from customers.Technical Negotiation: Lead negotiations with customers to ensure alignment on key technical aspects.Project Execution: Execute all designated activities for the Customer Project Leader, ensuring documentation is uploaded in TEAMCENTER.Project Closure: Manage the formal closure of new projects, ensuring all criteria for completion are met.To succeed in this role, you will need:Engineering degree.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the automotive sector.Advanced level of English.What we offer:Job Stability: Permanent contract backed by a solid financial environment.Full-time, flexible hours: Start between 8 AM/9 AM, with the end of the day from 5 PM.
