Ensuring that the product meets customer brief, market demands, and aligns with the Brand's and company's commercial strategic goals Your responsabilities Owning the customer development processes (end-to-end) Management of customer developments for their accounts Responsible for supporting the product strategy inside the Brand Account Plans & Strategy.
Teamwork with CPDD and Sales team to generate Adoption Strategy CPD and define the fiber adoption strategies (opportunities) through product development Responsible for Development Initiation Form, per proyect per account Supporting in company presentation and products Supporting Forecasting, by season by account Management of the Development Pipeline (to ensure everything is visible and has clarity on the exact status) Monitoring the product development process, schedule and planning from fiber to fabrics, technical support to spinning mills, weaving mills and garments makers Teamwork with Sales, Planning, and Operations CRM Input (Customer Developments) Internal and external/client reports Qualifications Bachelor´s degree, or equivalent in any commercial discipline Fluent in English.
Spanish desirable: Written and Spoken An ability to travel worldwide with no restrictions Experience in the fashion industry and understanding of how the fashion supply chain works An understanding of project management experience and skills Product development knowledge and expertise of the fashion industry supply chain.
Technical aspects of product development with recycled cotton fiber and sustainable materials Project management skills in planning, organizing, and managing accounts Understanding the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch Commercial and customer approach, ability to understand customer needs, preferences, and bottlenecks, and ability to translate these into product requirements Cross-functional intra and inter departmental, ability to work effectively with various departments, ensuring all teams are aligned and working towards common goals Interpersonal and communication skills, to have a clear and effective communication to articulate ideas, present product, and provide updates to stakeholders Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit Strong attention to detail Computer Literate, an ability to analyze and extract trends using data tools.
