Ensure achievement of 100% customer service level and coordination of all customer-related activities. Responsibilities: Production management of assigned projects Managing customer demand Control and proper management of shipments to the customer Correct management of transport orders Proper management of customer packaging Proper management of customer complaints Requirements: High level of discipline and responsibility to ensure outputs in the expected time Analytical skills Proactive and autonomous in problem-solving Knowledge of MS Office 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive or industrial company Fluent in Spanish and English, French is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
