Your Responsibilities: What You'll Do As a key member of the Customer Operations Team, you will:

Experience: Preferably 6+ months in customer support or sales.Communication Skills: Proficient in managing voice and email communication channels.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PDEADS (preferred but not required).Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (training provided in English).
