What do we want to achieve together?
We're looking for a proactive and strategic Customer Operations Manager B2C to join our team in Madrid.
The ideal candidate will help us build processes from scratch while supporting ongoing operations and developing scalable solutions.
They will liaise with local B2C operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience, prioritize the product pipeline for B2C customers, implement new features in collaboration with the product team, and support the local head of operations in prioritizing, tooling, and implementing new B2C customer strategies.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
Education: You hold a degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
Experience: You have 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, and/or startups/scale-ups.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Language: You are fluent in English.
Spanish would be a plus.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
